As Chairman of The Mentoring Center's Advisory Board, Anthony Forte' leads a group of “creative, passionate, energetic and committed individuals seeking to make a lasting legacy in the lives of children.”
Now a Community Planning and Development Representative/Public Trust Officer with U.S. Housing and Urban Development, The Mentoring Center Board Chair Anthony Forté was formerly the Economic Development Director for Franklin County. New to Columbus seven years ago, Anthony is active in various community initiatives and a member of Ohio University 's Alumni Advisory Board. He is also husband and dad to three children—as well as a mentor to an 11-year old boy. |

Art Flesch is Vice President of the Mentoring Center Board and chair of its program committee. Head of Employee Development & Training for the Ohio Department of Taxation (ODT), Art has also been the coordinator for mentoring and tutoring programs for Ohio 's state agencies. Notably, the Department of Taxation is in their 12 th year as a Partner in Education with Clinton Middle School, with staff actively involved at the school. Art is also a long-time volunteer staff assistant with the OSU Hockey Team. |
